I hope you are already planning something (or should I say someone?) for Mary. Her bitter tears when she left Miss Preston's school made me angry, because nobody should have to suffer such injustice. I know it happened back in those times, but this is your world and, while it is always historically accurate, it's also the realm of the happily-ever-afters, for anyone who deserves them - and for quite a few who earn them.
