Harvey, thank you for your great explanation!!by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Hi! After reading all the comments made about Simon and his father, I have a question. Even if his father disowned him, if he was the only son, wouldn't he still inherit the earldom and his father not have that choice, even if his father cut him out of everything else. I have read something of this before in several places. Thank you!!by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Wonderful story! Just lovely!! I do hope you will seriously consider publishing it. Thank you again for sharing this with us.by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Just wonderful!!!by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
I would think that Lord Fennimore cannot disown his son from inheriting the earldom from what I have read before. ??by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Wow! What a chapter! Lady Catherine continues to blame everything on others and continues her grudge, especially against Elizabeth! So... a double wedding at Pemberley!! Way to go!!! If I were Anne, I wouldn't trust visiting her mother at Rosings, even after she is married!; but actually her mother shouldn't be able to do anything now, can she? BTW, check, but I believe that there is no E on thby EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Wow! What a full chapter! And somehow I felt that Juliana's father would give more trouble!! Is she of age, and if so, they may be able to get a license to marry right away; and she could also stay with the Darcys where her father shouldn't be able to find her??? Can't wait for your next chapter and the one after that, etc. Thank you so much for sharing this story! I also think you should publishby EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Never thought about all those books had the heroine refuse at least 1 proposal!! Thank you for sharing this!!!! And have wonderful holidays!by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
I'm so curious! Did Dr. Fennimore's father kick him out because he was angry at his becoming a doctor? Hope you will get into that more. Thanks again for such a great story!by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
What a terrific chapter!!! Thank you so much. Can't wait for more! And I only noticed a few typos, so don't worry; and I think I have seen it mentioned here before that changes cannot be made after posting.by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Thank you so much for this lovely story! I will be looking forward to your next. Thanks again!by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Wow! Oh Wow! Thank you for another great chapter! But I cannot think it a good idea for Simon or Anne to be at the celebration!! Can Anne and Lady Catherine be in the same room peacefully at this point? And Simon's father is not one to hold his tongue, such a hot head not listening to anyone! I look forward with great anticipation and a little worry at what happens next! Thank you again for thby EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
What a wonderful chapter! What a perfect idea to send Anne to be with Juliana and Aunt Helen! The scene with Lady Catherine was so totally what I expected from her; she must not have even looked at Anne very well at all in her glorious healthy glow for her to say that about risking her health in not taking that poison medication! Of course I'm sure she wanted to make sure she had "excuses" to taby EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Great chapter! Thank you so much for all your hard work on this story. Looking forward to your epilogue, but sorry to see it end, too. Thanks again!by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
I thank you for not taking offense at my post! Can hardly wait for your next installment of this wonderful story!!!by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Thank you so much for terrific chapter! Awesome!!! I hope you don't mind if I mention 2 typos: 1) Darcy's troubled "continence" should be "countenance" or it will mean something else entirely! 2) "their's" should be "theirs" as it does not need the apostrophe because the basic word is already possessive and the "s" just makes it plural as in something belonging to more than one person. Pleaseby EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Thank you so much for finishing the chapter for us, as we tried to wait patiently. Hope you are feeling better and that the weather is behaving or at least not so changeable from one day to the next! I also suffer from my sinuses telling me of the changing weather/the pressure changes in the atmosphere. Thanks again for all your work on these lovely chapters!by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Wow! Awesome story!!! I do agree with Lisa's questions of the laws of that time; can Lady Catherine continue to control Anne the way she has? Does Anne have no rights?!! Certainly doesn't seem right that Lady Catherine can continue to control everything in Anne's life legally. OOH, so many questions; can't wait for more or this story and how you deal with all these possibilities of good or evil.by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
I saw in the Tea Room that she said she wouldn't be able to post until at least the weekend or later, as she had some things come up.by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Thank you so much. I just could not remember the title at all or whether it was a DWG book or what! Thanks again for your help!by EvelynJean - Tea Room
Another wonderful chapter! But I am left dying to know if Anne has already left the area or perhaps the ladies she rents from will help her hide. OOOH so many questions! Can't wait for you to tell us the rest of your story. And I thank you for clearing up everything between Mr. & Mrs. Darcy. Thank you again and again for a wonderful story!!!by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Thank you for your story! I really enjoyed it!!! Hmmm, hogweed, errr umm hogwarts.by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Thank you for the story and for the sweet but "muddy" ending!!by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
OOOOOOH!!!!! Very effective writing! Happy Halloween!!!!!!!!by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Wow! Great chapter!! Thank you. BTW, I have a friend who (for her very first baby) didn't even know she was in labor as she didn't have any of the "pain" she expected. She went to the bathroom (at their home) and felt the baby coming. She got back to the living room hoping to have time to get in the car to get to the hospital, but the baby was crowning. So then her husband called emergency, but sby EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Hi, I'm looking for a P & P story that starts with Darcy's father, still alive, going to London to see his doctor and gets a diagnosis with short time to live, has dinner with an old friend, I think with the Bennets (or possibly Gardiners) and meets Elizabeth and is impressed with her/thinks she is perfect for his son; talks to her father and I think arranges it. Goes home, but sends Darcy toby EvelynJean - Tea Room
Wow! Poor Elizabeth/poor Darcy! I thought Elizabeth would get a note from Anne telling her not to meet her or look for her. I assume that Lady Catherine finally decided that she should tell the family, since her hired detectives didn't find anything! Isn't it funny that they knew about Elizabeth "seeing" the good doctor, but never saw or noticed Anne?!!!! Great chapter!!! Can't wait for more!!!!by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Can't remember the title or author. Really liked this story. Thanks for any help.by EvelynJean - JAFF Library
Looking for a book I've read before: Darcy's father goes to London to his doctor and gets bad news about his health, then seeks out a friend; don't remember if it is Mr. Gardiner or Mr. Bennet but meets Elizabeth when he comes to dinner and decides she's perfect for his son, then returns to Pemberley and sends Darcy to London to meet her. Thanks for any help you have give me.by EvelynJean - JAFF Library
