Thank you for the feedback on my comments on the periods. That motivated me to look it up, and you are correct as I found out it is not a British practice. I am glad to learn something and now wonder how it began to be used here, so I hope to find info on that. Thank you.by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Thank you so much for more chapters of your story! I watch for each of your posts, enjoying your story very much. Puzzled: I have noticed quite a few people using Mr. or Mrs. without the period, but these are abbreviations so they need the period, otherwise, you should type out Missus or Mister. This is meant as a help, not criticism.by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild

A story from I think quite a while back has been sticking in my mind, but can't remember exact title. It starts out with Darcy & Elizabeth being friends from an early age as their fathers are best friends. Elizabeth is I think just 15 when Darcy proposes while the Bennets are visiting at Pemberley, but the dads want them to wait of course, so they are separated being at their respective homes.by EvelynJean - Tea Room

Need the title of a story about Darcy being so tired and depressed that he decides to leave his riches and go where nobody knows him, and ends up with a job at Longbourn, working in the yard/gardener, and even in their spare time teaching the servants there to read and write. Thank youby EvelynJean - Tea Room

But perhaps I am the only one who had that problem I mentioned!by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Thank you for a wonderful story! I did find the epilogue a bit confusing with the time allotted between letters/updates, but I finally think I figured it out: that each grouping of time was the amount of years from the start of the epilogue -- is that right? As otherwise the time between updates would have been too many years gone by? I would have found it much easier to figure out if you justby EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Found it! Thank you!by EvelynJean - Tea Room
Just loving it! BTW the spelling of the word fiance is for men and fiancee for women. Thank you again for this lovely story.by EvelynJean - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Story is about Darcy receiving info from his attorney that he will lose Pemberly if he does not marry by a certain date very near, and that the estate will go to a Darcy cousin who he knows is a wastrel, and the letter supposedly signed by his father is a recent find. He convinces Elizabeth to marry him, but the attorney accuses him of lying, etc. and Elizabeth figures out what's going on.by EvelynJean - Tea Room
