I really enjoyed this! I'm looking forward to the rest! I've often thought that vapid silliness (Lydia and Collins) and rakehell scoundrel (Wickham) aside, Mrs. Bennet and Lady Catherine are the two most ill-mannered people in the story. A proper confrontation between them would be epic, and it would truly take a steam-roller of Lady Catherine's arrogance to make herself heard over Mrs. Bennet. That was highly enjoyable, thank you so very much for sharing it with us! Another great update, thank you! I'm loving a Jane that isn't quite as forgiving and I'm interested to see where you're taking the Miss Thompson thing. My first thought was she's be lovely for Bingley, and it would likely piss off his sister, but then you're setting Bingley up with Georgiana by the looks of things. Ah, Miss Bingley. I'm also wondering if she'll be making another appearance...by myredturtle - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
