There was a board named C19 that had North & South fanfic, but I am not sure it is still active. I tried but could not log in to it. There is a facebook group named North and South - Elizabeth Gaskell/2004 BBC series. You could try asking your question there.by Jeannine - Tea Room
Not the story you are asking about - but a story I enjoyed had Jane, Elizabeth, Mary and Catherine sent to school in London by their stepmother. The story is The Fashionable and Young by Alyssa Jefferson, published.by Jeannine - Tea Room
Both stories, A Willful Misunderstanding (published) and Their Sadness and Sorrow have Georgiana as the cause of the misunderstanding.by Jeannine - Tea Room
The story might be Secrets Kept by GabyA. Bingley finds Elizabeth on the streets on London, severely beaten. He takes her to Darcy's house to recover. https://www.dwiggie.com/derby/old_2005/gabya4.htmby Jeannine - Tea Room

I really hate this Mr. Collins! I feel so bad for Elizabeth, Jane and Mary - to lose their parents, sisters, and home overnight would be so difficult. They have some real challenges ahead. I look forward to reading what happens next.by Jeannine - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Wasn't expecting that! Can't wait for the next chapter.by Jeannine - Derbyshire Writers' Guild

Thank you for two long chapters on this holiday weekend! So much happened in these chapters! The Hunsford proposal always breaks my heart, however many times and variations of it I read. I loved the letters between Elizabeth and her grandfather, here we learned that Darcy is the godson of her grandfather, and our dear couple will meet again in the near future. I very much look forward to reby Jeannine - Derbyshire Writers' Guild

Every months dozens more are published. Some are excellent, some are terrible (in my opinion). Off the top of my head, here are some authors who have published on this board, that I can personally recommend, and I believe their books would be suitable for all audiences: Beth Wood (posts here as Beth W) Lara S. Ormiston (posts here as Suzanne O) Jean Sims (posts here as Jean M) Some more greby Jeannine - Tea Room

This is a great story. Thank you very much.by Jeannine - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
Thank you for the new chapter. I am always glad to read your writing. “Indeed, you may have done me a greater kindness than you know.” I'm interpreting this as she was developing a fondness for Mr. Darcy, and now with this new information, she is now free to hate him again. I look forward to reading the next chapter.by Jeannine - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
I love this story. I always love an Elizabeth/Colonel Fitzwilliam pairing.by Jeannine - Derbyshire Writers' Guild

I am very much enjoying this story. I like how the Captain can head off many (but not all) of the problems in cannon. He can explain that Miss Darcy will not be in Charles Bingley's company in town, can warn Mr. Bennet off Wickham, etc. I look forward to reading what will happen next. Will Charles Bingley return to Hertforshire as planned, or stay in town with Caroline? Will Elizabeth and the Capby Jeannine - Derbyshire Writers' Guild
