Thank you for another installment of this great story!
So frustrating they haven't identified the other two highwaymen yet, and they apparently lost track of them. I hope the discovery of the inn which is property of the leader will help Riley and his men learn more about those bandits, so they can capture them.
Lizzy is already missing Darcy, which means she's well in her way to fall in love with him. Pity they have to wait till her mourning finishes to begin a courtship. Seems a long wait.
I'm not sure if I undersand correctly, will Mrs Bennet remain in Matlock's House with Jane, Lizzy and Kitty while Mr Bennet returns home with Lydia and Mary, to go from there to London with Henry for the burial? If so, I hope the Countess will inspire awe enough on Mrs Bennet so she will behave tolerably well as her guest.
Bingley is also quite frustrating, so he can't visit the Bennet women while they are in mourning? But he should find a way to show to Jane he still cares for her. Poor Jane is so confused.
Thank you again for sharing this thrilling story. I look forward to the next chapters.
