Tis true. Catalina/Catherine is in a terrible place where there really isn't much she can do. If she were a little more worldly wise or James/Javier had been a little more open to listening to his younger sister, maybe it would be different, but for now, she's in that awful spot where you can see the train wreck coming but don't know any way to stop it.
