They are modern slang.

Bae either is an acronym for "Before Anyone Else", or is short for "Babe" or "Baby". Either way, if P&P is your fave - and the sheer number of P&P fan fiction versus the entire rest of Austen's catalogue suggests this is a safe assumption -- chances are Darcy is [one of] your bae.

Stan is a verb that is a cross between "fan" and "stalk". You might stan the latest heartthrob or, in this case, the hottie from classic literature.

I think "Jane Austen Death Squad", Lise story about Darcy fanatics, has a few characters who stan Darcy and think he's a bae.
