Re: Twelfth-Night Cake & the Rosings Ghost: A Sofia-Elisabete, Love Child of Colonel Fitzwilliam Tale (Part Four)

June 06, 2018 01:04AM
I get that Sofia-Elisabete is a natural born child and that it’s correct for the times to be treated as she is but it always gets me. I live that her dear papai doesn’t argue but quietly takes his seat above the carriage and shares her fate. Humble but beautiful message on a Christmas Day. Boy, they all missed the spirit of the story “born in a manger”. Loved the revelry with the servants, I too would rather be there.

Thanks,

Lorena
