I'm not sure it will be just joyous - will Darcy not also be angry that she lied to him the whole time? Especially when she knew he thought her dead and was prepared to kill himself in his grief - will he think her cruel for that?
I would not expect just joy, but also a lot of feelings of betrayal and disappointment, that he would have done anything for her and she would not even let him know -in private, secret- who she is and that she is alive. And it would have been easy for her to just tap him the secret, no one else would have needed to know.
