So very lovely, thank you! I've been skimming these last few chapters waiting to see when things would start to turn around for ODC and now went back to catch up fully. Loved the reunion brought about by sinking boats, and the combination of a heartfelt conversation and a little humor. This scene reminds me a little of Adventures at Morecastle, a fav to re-read. Wonderfully written story - looking forward to next chapter. Thank you!
