Twelfth Night Story Exchange

I think trying to exchange stories for Christmas is far too ambitious (you have to do things either too early or butt into people's busy holiday schedule), but has anyone ever thought of doing an exchange for Twelfth Night, in January after Christmas? I'm thinking anyone who wants to participate could sign up and be partnered, and like a Secret Santa gift exchange having a price limit, a word count would ensure no one has to write too much. Anyone interested?
