Your description of the actors' physical attributes is very harsh. I don't think there's a reason to refer to an actress as "two bag ugly".
That being said, when I watch an adaptation of a book, I don't look beyond superficial physical characteristics - had E. Bennet been blond, for example, I would have had an issue. I look more for intangible things. For example, Keira Knightley can't convince me she's anyone other than Keira Knightley, so I won't watch the 2005 P&p movie.
