I haven't read all the comments so forgive me if am repeating someone else, but Austen never even wrote love scenes. For the most part, she skipped over lovers' talk and restrained all expressions of passion. I don't think that was because of prudishness so much as the fact that she didn't feel she could or ought to write such scenes. It just wasn't who she was a writer. Didn't she say she would laugh herself to stitches if she ever tried to write a love scene, or something like that? Her books are far more about restraining and properly controlling passion than expressing it wildly. So no, even apart from discussions of morals, I don't think she would have ever written sex scenes.
