To write A Story For Everyone requires Passion and Prudence, Pride And Logic, and An Abundance of other qualities. Not Every Gentleman can do it! It is A Most Affecting Ailment to find that one's inspiration has Gone to Scotland, Everingham, or rather, The Edge of The Grey Enigma – an Estrangement that is truly A Case of Catastrophe! When Tragedy Strikes in such a way, one feels the collective weight of many Seen and Unseen skeptics, including Miss Martin, The Fourth Sister, The Cousin, Mr. Popularity, The Musgroves, Three Servants, Amelia Bennet, Miss Bennet And The Frog all saying "I Told You So!". In a Perfect World, we would have Great Pleasure in the Power of Choice – we could just Take Two Mixed Matches, add A More Amiable Woman to our stories, and end up with The Fairest Of Them All. Muses and plot bunnies would arrive quick as The Butterfly, with Nothing To Keep Them From Their Appointed Rounds, and us reading and writing Happily Ever After. Realistically, though, just An Ode to Mr. Darcy, or P&P in the Fandom, is not enough. The Naked Truth is that although ideas can come With the Greatest of Expectations, while watching The English Night Sky, eating Fudge, contemplating Iniquities of the Past or even on Moving Day, on The Ferris Wheel, or in an ESL class, it would be Perilous Vanity to think there could be Nothing Wanting in our ideas. Stories are often judged by The Content Of Their Characters, Regrets and Resolutions. The Little Particulars Of The Circumstance are important. Sometimes The Price Of A Good Education is that we have Too Much Information to process, leading to Duels of Every Sort within our minds and Untimely Regrets. It's enough to make The Girl Who Did Not Know Angst panic and desire a Bodyswap for All The Days Of Her Life! There is A Better Course Of Action, though, that produces Pleasant Days without Paying The Price. Having Connections and An Engaging Friendship with other writers can lead to A Whole New World without Burnt Bridges. Sometimes Stardust falls on us, Darcy Changes Tactics, Sir Walter Sends A Valentine or Lilacs as An Endeavour Of Civility, Cousin Harry becomes Excessively Attentive to the antics Of Mice and Uncles, Lydia Gets Lost due to her Loose Lips, Caprice And Instability, A Lady Of Distinction with An Unforgiving Temper intervenes, Anne And The Gun scare villains, Healing Hands fix everything, and other miracles happen. Georgiana's Tale and Darcy's Rash Proposal are shared within The Family Circle One Day in May without causing a Mare's Nest, Somebody's Natural Daughter finds that with The Benefits of Retrenching, A Mother's Favorite Wish came true. Emma Experiments with Songs From The Heartland without meeting an Angel of Death of Things That Go Splash In The Night, and so should we. Just Don't Forget The Punch when you experience Dreams Such As These. And if you meet A Man of Means, A Regency Lady In New York City, Jane wearing The Pendant, An Officer And An Honest Man seeking The Last Adventure Between The Night And The Morrow, entertain them with What REALLY Happened at Waterloo, Darcy's Adventures Through The Looking Glass, and more. Can There Be Any Other Opinion On The Subject?
