All of the above. Though to be fair it's not so much late physical development - she just has a slim, boyish figure, and she hasn't figured out yet how to dress to appear to the best advantage. She's never had to learn, and goes for comfort rather than style. For now.
As for Miss Clarke, I'm working on it. I'm about 200 words into the new chapter, and that's as far as I can get it seems. But I keep trying.
